membership expiring.

Cost:
- First, what is a resource. A resource is anything you setup as
something to schedule.
- You are billed based on the number of resources at $5.95 a month.
You can have an unlimited number of members.
- A flight school might have 10 airplanes, 5 instructors and 50 students
(members) who need to schedule the airplanes and instructors. Since
you will need to schedule flight instructors as well as airplanes these are
all resources. You will be billed for 15 resources @ $5.95 each month.
- You have a houseboat timeshare. There are 12 families sharing the
houseboat. But since we bill per resource, you would be billed only
$5.95.
- You are a School Club. You really don't have any resources.
But because you are required by schedule-now to have at least one resource,
you setup "Special Event" as your resource. There are 250 members and
you choose to use Schedule-Now because of all the other organizational tools
it has. Again, you are not charged by the number of members, but by
the number of resources. So, since there is only one resource the
charge is $5.95 a month.
- We do prorate. So if you add a resource temporarily, lets say for
a week, it will be prorated so that you you get charged for 7/30*$5.95 for
that resource.
