You will use your Organization ID every time you login. So make it short and sweet. Acronyms work
well. Remember no special characters or spaces. a-z and 0-9, case doesn't
matter. This is one thing that can't be changed later.
Don't worry too much about this. There are a couple areas where the
wording is customized for these specific types of organizations but no
functionality is lost or added by picking the wrong one and this can be changed later.
There is no actual username. To Login, you will use the Organization ID, your first name,
last name, and your password. Password is the only thing that is case sensitive.
At least one resource is required. The Resource ID should be a short abbreviation with
no spaces and if you have more than one resource, it should help to identify this resource from
other resources. If you plan on using this site more as a communication and organizational
tool, and you don't have any real resources to schedule, we recommend just using the Resource
Id Event and Resource Name Event. This can be easily renamed later if you wish.
