Organization ID: You will use your Organization ID every time you login. So make it short and sweet. Acronyms work well. Remember no special characters or spaces, a-z and 0-9, case doesn't matter. This is one thing that can't be changed later.

Organization Type: Don't worry too much about this. There are a couple areas where the wording is customized for these specific types of organizations but no functionality is lost or added by picking the wrong one and this can be changed later.
